In remembrance of those lost in the Flight 5342 tragedy, especially within the skating community, we invite you to join us in recognizing those who have shaped our skating journeys. 🤍

Write a note, message, drawing, quote or symbol honoring a person you care about on a piece of origami paper and then fold it into a special origami heart. We have left paper, pens, instructions, and a collection box on the main counter at the Invisalign Arena and at Polar Ice Wake Forest for you to use, and they will stay there through the weekend.

Depending on how many we are able to collect, we will either string them together to hang up as a visual memorial, or mail them to US Figure Skating to be shared with the clubs who were affected.

Honoring the memories of those we've lost 🌟

All of us in the skating community are remembering this tragic loss today. I encourage everyone to help honor the memory of those we are missing by sharing a recipe and or a memory to be included in this special book. There is a very easy form on SkatersCookbook.com to submit your recipes and memories. You can also have your name listed as a supporter, or submit a message from your club or organization. ALL proceeds from the book sales will go to the U.S. Figure Skating National Development Team Legacy Fund. Help make this book a beautiful tribute to everyone we lost. SkatersCookbook.com
